During this initial phone or email conversation, we will provide you with more details about the position that you applied for. We’ll also tell you more about Henny Penny and how we’ve established a reputation as a best place to work, grow, and thrive! This also gives us an opportunity to learn more about your experience as it pertains to the specific requirement of the position and get to know you better.

On-site/ Virtual Interview

The Face-To-Face Meeting

Whether it’s on site at our campus or virtual, you can expect your interview to last between 30-60 minutes. For each position, we identify the competencies necessary to be successful in a particular role, then we develop interview questions that best relate to those competencies. If you are interviewing for a welding position, you should also expect to take a welding assessment test while you are on-site. This test will last about 20-30 minutes.

Panel Interview

Meet Your Peers

If you are interviewing for an office or management position, you may also participate in a panel interview. Depending on the role you are interviewing for, your interview may consist of one large panel, or a series of smaller panels. Panel interviews can typically last between 2 to 6 hours (with breaks.). Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide you with an agenda ahead of your interview day, so you will know exactly what to expect.
